Daxner designed, delivered and installed a plant for the intake, storage, dosing and conveying of raw materials for the production of powder coatings.
The facility consists of 3 separate big bag and bag intake stations, from here all ingredients are dosed into the production line. Particular attention was paid to easy cleaning, prevention of cross contaminations and an ergonomic operation.
For the prevention of dust explosion the whole facility is rendered inert with nitrogen.
